Umm, well if Turles teaches blast wave, and King Vegeta teaches Galick Gun...how about a Bardock that teaches Riot Javelin... It would be pwnage, and it would make sense.

Also a Nappa NPC that teaches Bakuhatsu-ha. (User raises to fingers and the ground explodes)
