Races: There are obviously many races in DBZ that arent in this game. Still some of those are pretty major ones and I feel should be put in the game. For example you should put Pikkon, Quarter Saiyans, Uubs, Yardrat, Magicians, and coolers.
Pikkon- Unlock Potential Super Full Power
Quarter Saiyans- Enrage Super Saiyan Pure SSJ (Fusion) SSJ 2 (pure, and fusion will be hard to get and have a big pl boost)
Uubs- buu fusion Super Ultimate (like when uub faught bebi)
Yardrations-Focus Medidtation Super (blue) Omega (buff, dark purple)
Magicians (babidi)-Magic Power Super Majin Control (this race will have the ability to take over a persons mind when you kill them, like a cells absorb, and some transes will require a certain amount)
Cooler- Focus Giant Form Giant form 2(purple rather then blue) Meta Cooler
Now just for some other suggestions....
Dragons need more transes: Dragons- Ice(perm) Syn(perm) Omega(perm) Omega Black Star Fusion
LSSJ- I think you should add a bio brolly kind of thing.
Changlings- Take off the cooler related changes and add meta freiza
