Make it so Humans can fuse. I know they dont do it in the show, but I've never seen Goku transform into a Super Saiyan 6 with blue hair either. Anyways Tien and Yamcha fuse in Dragonball Z Budokai 2 so
Give Half Saiyan's Finish Buster.
Also, hopefully Neo could code this in but Burning Slash. You start off firing a Burning Attack and then Zanzoken behind the target. (This is where the katana idea would come in handy) You start slashing the opponent and then stop and shoot a large ki blast just like from the Dragonball Z games.
Also, we should have a "Warp Kamehameha" technique. Yes I know you can already do it with Instant Transmission and perfect timing with a normal Kamehameha. But make this one work to were you select which opponent to do it to on screen. I actually beat someone in an Arena Challenge by scanning them during the fight, copying their energy code, using Instant Transmission and Kamehameha with perfect timing and won the fight. Its kind of a pain in the ass to do while trying to dodge Big Bang Attack, Destructo Disk, and Kamehameha while getting the Warp Kamehameha ready. Make it a technique learned at level 2500 for atleast Bio-Androids, Buu's, Saiyans, and Half Saiyans atleast. Imagine watching a Tournament with 2 of the strongest fighters using Warp Kamehameha at the same time to see who lands it first.

Hell yeah. Its awesome but it sucks trying to pull it off in the middle of an arena fight or tournament. And from what I've heard from the other GM's on Fallen Tactics (Im a Master Enforcer on it) Warp Kamehameha is pretty easy to code.

For Saiyans at the required lvl to do SSJ4 Fusion, they should learn BigBang Kamehameha to use. Like how half saiyans learn Super Gohst Kamikazi Attack.
Also with Humans, they should learn Tri-Beam/Neo-Tri-Beam form Tein and then also that other move that he has. It starts with like a D...Dodon Ray or something like that. Then a Choutzu icon should be made that next to him, when you witness enough guild member deaths a Tech that he gives you is the Human Explosion. Like how Choutzu does when he sees Tein die. You should have 100% Rage first.
