Hmmm,not sure if this is a good idea or not but here it goes. I think there should be a Tech called Switch,which swaps your place with the Opponents. It can be used in tricky situations and it could be fun,if you're fast enough then you can Quickly Swap your place with theirs and their own Blast could hit them :P if that's possible.
But maybe we could also make a technique like that of Body Change. Come up with an original race that no one else has like Ginyu perhaps. The user fires a blast and and if the target is hit the other player gets to take over the targets body for a set amount of time, I'de say about 10 minutes. That way the user could take over someones body but you have to wait an hour to use it again. I mean, think how fun it would be to take over someones body or have their stats for a certain time. Now that would be fun for killing sprees. Dunno if you could code that but worth a shot right?

Hmm, or a champion belt that increases str and def. And the winner of the tournament will have to defend their championship. We could make a Junior Tournament (The one Trunks and Goten participate in but in this case it would be for lower level fighters) and ofcourse our normal tournaments for like 2,000+.
