Why not add a Cell Jr race, I am already informed that Cell himself can make Cell Jr's, but I think having this race would add some fun to the game.

This race is a non-perm, and will hopefuly stay non-perm.

Tehcniques
Kamehameha(Level 500)
self destruct(level 250)
distructo disk(Level 350)
Death beam(level 750) 
Special Beam Cannon (level 650)

The Trans names
Unleashed Rage
Overpower
Inner Fury
Ultima Form
Bio Shock Form
Oblivion Form
Juggernuat Form

Solor nice idea but Cell can mmake ceell Jrs by himself but if u give us icons of cell Jr we will 100% sure to code it in
